Great stay overall. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Eric’s place
We had an amazing stay at Eric’s place! It was super easy to find, and he also let us check in early (which was much appreciated after a 12 hour travel day!). Everything was super clean and he was super responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

Fue una estadía muy agradable. El alojamiento está ubicado cerca de la playa, en un sector muy tranquilo. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien organizado. Eric es un excelente anfitrión: siempre responde rápido y estuvo muy pendiente durante toda nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo totalmente si quieren pasar unos días agradables.

The studio was beautiful super clean had everything you need from toiletries to kitchen supplies my fiancé and I stayed 9 nights for our honeymoon 4 min walk to the beach quite neighborhood awesome location
The place was nice, smells good and clean
The place was nice, smells good and clean. Shower was incredible, bed was amazing and night view from apartment 7 was thought provoking . Just what I needed. My only problem(s) were (but not worth negative stars) I asked for extra towels 2 days into my 4 day stay because I knocked over my bottle of water. They brought them to me 30 mins before check out 2 days later. I had to buy an extra blanket during my stay because none was provided in storage and Florida was getting slammed with cold weather this week and the heater says 85 but only hits 65. Probably something the host was not prepared for so I understand. Lastly, because the tv is not on a swivel mount, I wish the tv was bigger due to my eye sight and I wish there was a tv stand or cabinet underneath to rest a gaming console. Just minor suggestions that could make the next guest stay even better.
