Coastal Charm Cozy 1BR Retreat near Pompano Beach

The place is as described. You won't regret taking it for the price, they're responsive and helpful. We showed up and had to wait for the code so make sure you get it early. The place had a smell and full of hair, but they did come the next day and clean everything. We had some minor other issues, but they were responsive and took care of it as fast as they could for being a company vs a private owner. I'd say, it's worth the price.

Positive: Unfortunately the property wasn’t what was expected an we didn’t stay. It needed some attention and wasn’t comfortable. Negative: It needed some care , the outside front yard was not well maintained and looked unwelcoming and scruffy . The property needed painting throughout , the walls were grubby and stained in places . Although the pictures were accurate they are not a true reflection . The settee is not comfortable and something you would find in student accommodation , the bed was very small, a small double . It is not well equipped , not even a hair dryer or any beach towels. It wouldn’t take much to get this the property up to a better standard , just some care . I have owned a rental previously and wouldn’t have dreamt of renting out the property as it was , it’s a shame . The property was clean but didn’t feel it as it was quite tatty , the owners were quick to respond to communication which was a plus

Positive: Apartamento é ótimo , em lugar tranquilo , próximo a praia e com utensílios de cozinha para preparar refeições . Negative: Um pouco de barulho do andar de cima , mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia .

It was a good place to stay for a short trip, at a nice price.
