Whether shopping, eating, boating, windsurfing, jet skiing, playing volleyball, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, rollerblading, jogging, or simply going for a stroll...Pompano Beach has it all!
A very exciting development in Pompano Beach is the Pompano Beach Fishing Village which is South Florida’s newest beach dining and recreation area. Located at the Pompano Beach Fishing Pier (currently undergoing a major beachfront renovation) directly on the Atlantic Ocean with a promenade link to the Intracoastal Waterway, it is a brand new walkable beachfront development with something for everyone:

Pompano Beach House is an exciting new beach casual upscale restaurant featuring beach inspired cuisine, steaks, chops, hamburgers, and salads, as well as craft cocktails and beers in a stylish setting. They also offer live entertainment and stadium seating design so that every guest has an amazing view of the ocean and beach. The 2nd floor rooftop deck has sweeping views of the ocean, pier, and the historic Hillsboro lighthouse.
Oceanic at Pompano Beach is another oceanfront, seafood-themed restaurant adjacent to the pier. Architecturally designed to look like an ocean liner, the restaurant offers a spectacular view of the coastline and the town. The menu features fresh local seafood and grilled items, as well hand-crafted cocktails, wines, and beers.
Lucky Fish Beach Bar and Grill is an open air restaurant with a Key West style Tiki Bar. Lucky Fish’s centerpiece is the open air, come-as-you are, beach bar that you can walk up to right on the beach. There is nothing like Lucky Fish north of the Keys or west of the Bahamas. Lucky Fish features an oyster bar and a great tropical menu with sharing plates, salads, handhelds foods and desserts. The full bar will serve everything from smoothies to draft cervezas to traditional tropical drinks such as pina coladas and margaritas.
BurgerFi is one of the nation's fastest-growing, gourmet burger restaurants. Burger Fi, takes pride in its fresh, natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. Based in Miami Beach and operating 36 stores on beaches throughout the southeastern United States, Alvin’s sells just about anything you could want on your visit to beautiful Pompano Beach, including bathing suits, beach towels, suntan products, beach shoes, water sports equipment and resort wear.
The apartment is also very close to some of the finest shopping in the world. People come from all over the world to shop in South Florida, especially Sawgrass Mill Mall which is the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, offering 350 retail and outlet stores.

These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are only exterior. They are ON 24/7 during the reservation and capture/record audio and video.
-sofa sleeper is currently not able to be opened into a bed but it works great as a sofa!
