Service Access: The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property during your stay for landscaping, pest control, or other maintenance needs. No Parties or Gatherings: Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund and a $500 fine. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaints will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
