Urban Escape 1BR Near Las Olas

Positive: I liked the cleanliness and it was accommodating. The price was great too!! Oh, the pool was nice and clean as well!!

Positive: Nothing Negative: The roaches the TV was not good lines threw it . only one TV no lights in living room.

Positive: The location was nice. Negative: The room was already a little dirty upon arrival. Roaches, floor had sand on it. Bed frame was sinking in on the edges. Bathroom outlet didn't work. The TV has 2 burn in lines.

Negative: Check in was a bit problematic, and getting a hold of someone on the phone was hard at first. We also had small issues with the cleanliness of the bed, and the comfort of the bedsofa in the living room. But once those two minor problems were sorted, there was nothing to complain about.

The hosts were very responsive to my messages. The inside of the apt was well represented in the photos, although the view out the windows was of garbage dumped on the ground instead of the pool as shown online. What wasn't disclosed was that the building is a very old motel in a shady area with no lighting in the parking lot and right next to a very busy and noisy street with emergency vehicles driving by day and night. The apt is very basic and not super clean but for 3 days it was livable. I certainly wouldn't have stayed here if I had had a chance to see the building and the location ahead of time. This is a pet peeve I have with Airbnb: you can't preview a property ahead of time because you have to book it first before they disclose the location. Also I always choose a place with a pool but it turns out this pool wasn't heated and January is pretty cool so swimming was not really an option. Other places I've stayed in Fort Lauderdale have heated pools which are wonderful.

Don’t stay here! Sooo dirty . 3 occasions found bugs including a roach . The floors are probably never cleaned your feet and socks will turn black . The sofa bed needs to be fixed . The clock handle missing , you can’t open the shower don’t because of the toilet. Smaller than expected and looks on the pictures . WiFi doesn’t work I was on 5G my entire stay .

Our stay was exceptional. We felt right at home; everything was comfortable, clean, and I would 100% recommend booking.

I had a very nice stay ! I booked this for christmas week and it was close to many places and offered a clean private space to call home for the week . The home was clean and had all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay .

I love everything about my stay I’ll be back soon
