Rustic Escape 1BR Near Las Olas

When i booked my stay i had booked for me and 3 friends for spring break i was told the place would be able to accommodate 4 people but the couch in the picture was not the same couch in the unit and was much smaller, barley big enough for 1 person and not a pull out couch. resulting in having to buy a small air-mattress that did not leave much floor space. As well as in the unit the only provided blanket was the one on the bed and there was very limited pillows and towels. The floors were not cleaned before we arrived as it felt like there was small amounts of sand and dirt on the floor and will make the bottom of your feet dirty. Also please note that the unit is near by to a police station and Trama center so during the nighttime hours it may be a bit noisy

Todo estuvo súper bien, sólo que creo que deberían de actualizar las fotos de la unidad para que así sea más preciso ya que ofrecen un sofá cama que no existe. Es un simple sillón no se puede desplegar

The entire apartment smell like roach spray and the couch bed is very uncomfortable (the couch bed is not compatible to the one of the pictures online). The apartment is in nice decent area in Broward county.... I wish they could did something better by upgrading a comfortable couch bed & having a better smell (good air freshener).

Positive: La ubicación excelente muy cerca de todo y el personal super amable Negative: La limpieza de la habitación en nuestra opinión fue deficiente. La lencería estaba manchada y faltaban artículos en la cocina. No nos gustó que al solicitar cambio de toallas, lencería y suplementos para nuestra segunda semana nos pidieron cancelar $40. Así como no realizaron limpieza de la unidad en la segunda semana

The place was nothing like shown in the pictures. The shower and ac had mold in them. The walls had dirty hand prints all over, And whole place felt like it was never cleaned. The furniture in the pictures was nothing like what was in the room and the host refused to make any of it right and refused a refund or help with anything. The location and people made it not feel safe to leave my family alone there. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one deserves it. Terrible time, I had to find a different place to stay same night as I didn’t feel comfortable having my family in a place like this.
