-Guests must complete required check-in steps prior to arrival

-A refundable security deposit hold may be required prior to arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations)
-The hold is released after checkout provided no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are reported

-Parking is available for $18 + Tax per night, per reservation
-Parking availability may vary and is not guaranteed
-Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted

-Not all units are pet-friendly — please review your listing before booking
