Wonderful stay
Positive:
Location is everything and this nice studio is just minutes away from las olas! It made it easy to go do activities without spending so much on uber. The bed was also really comfortable! The common area feels like a tropical oasis. The property management is very responsive and have answered my questions even late at night. They’re always checking to make sure that you’re having a good stay. I will definitely save this place to use it again!

Very poor experience. Extremely unprofessional communication and zero support when issues came up. We were left waiting outside with our luggage for hours, yet they are quick to threaten guests with extra fees. Completely unacceptable service — would not recommend.

WORST place we’ve stayed at
WORST place we’ve stayed at. I would NOT recommend this place!! There were SO MANY cockroaches in the room, big & small!! When we first checked in, the keypad battery was going on and off and we couldn’t get in so they sent someone to come open, when the worker arrived, he said the battery was dying and they would get it switched out and fixed..well later that night when we got back, the keypad was completely OFF and no one answered until PAST midnight to tell us no one was available until the NEXT morning leaving us without OUR CLOTHES, chargers, contact cases, etc!! We had finished riding ATV’s so we were DIRTY with NO EXTRA CLOTHES! The person on the phone, Sam, was extremely rude. They didn’t open our door until MIDDAY the next day. The keypad just didn’t work after they “fixed it” and we recorded EVERYTHING for proof. We had to keep our door unlocked the whole trip because we didn’t want to be locked out again. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. 0/10 experience.
