I left this stay early because of how terrible it was. The bed was caving in, the lock was broken and posed a security issue, the pillows were flat and worthless, the bed sheets were washed in a detergent that caused me to break out in hives, the GFCI outlets were burnt out and wouldn’t reset, you could clearly hear the person staying below and they played loud music all night for two nights and despite staff witnessing it they did nothing. The hot tub didn’t work. Worse was “Jon” the host which is actually a management company with a call center. I did not know that issues had to be reported to Airbnb within 72 hours but they clearly did because when I reached out they ran out the clock by telling me they were looking into it with no resolution. By the time I contacted Airbnb it was too late for me to get more than a minimal refund. The “host” also called me repeatedly when I told them I was tending to an ailing family member and unavailable. A motel 6 would have been a better stay.

Stayed here a whole week Roaches everyday, a lot of noise from people downstairs and around, area is not that safe at all not the best to book honestly also had trouble with the door knob couldnt get in the airbnb for 40 minutes.

Beautiful place that looked exactly as advertised inside and out. It was clean and nice and worth the money. I have two minor complaints though…1. There were no cups? Also the lock was not intuitive. I’ve just have had to push the lock icon before AND after the code so we got bit by mosquitos trying to check in

The location was hard to find because the address wasn’t visible from the street. The private gate was broken off the hinges which felt unsafe. I called the customer service number and the rep i spoke to had absolutely no idea how to describe the location. He kept directing me to a different colored gate and couldn’t tell me any description of the building, parking lot, or anything. I was on the phone with him for over 20 min trying to find out exactly where I was. Further more the guests below were slamming doors and blasting music till past 3 am and I couldn’t sleep at all. The room was cute and clean but damaged from a previous guest- I wish my expertise was better but I wouldn’t recommend this place for a quiet night or safe for your car because of the broken gate.

The only thing I didn't like which had nothing to do with Jon was the smoking in the surrounding I hated the smell so that cause me not to use the pool!!
