I absolutely loved Jon’s place
I absolutely loved Jon’s place. It was peaceful, easy to check-in, clean. It’s just 14 minutes from the FLL airport and the area is really cute. There was parking available.
Jon was also very proactive whenever I reached out. It was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend it.

Parking situation
Parking situation. Not enough spots and was often blocked in. Pool & landscaping unmaintained. Leafs and debris in pool water, unable to use amenities.

The property is beautiful and looks just like the pictures
The property is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The hardwood floors, cleanliness, and overall presentation made a great first impression.
However, I experienced a major issue with the temperature. I arrived around midnight, and the unit was extremely warm. I adjusted the thermostat, but it kept resetting and never cooled properly. Even after using the ceiling fan, it remained uncomfortable overnight.
I contacted the host about the AC, but no one came out the same day. Although I arrived Tuesday night (early Wednesday morning), the issue was not fixed until Thursday, leaving the unit hot for an extended period.
Parking was also a challenge. Many spaces were taken by visitors who were not staying on the property, making it difficult for guests to find parking.
While the space is lovely, these issues impacted my overall comfort and experience.

Great location, private area, very nice! Jon made sure everything was perfect for our stay. If I had any questions he was attentive & responded very quickly. Even late at night ! Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice getaway.
