Mango Tropical Oasis 2BR House and Pool

Negative: I like the outside and the pool was awesome

Positive: Nothing Negative: I would like to formally express my concerns regarding my stay at this property. Upon arrival, I was provided with an incorrect door access code, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, the property was not maintained in an acceptable condition, as there were bugs present throughout the accommodation and human feces in the swimming pool. Due to these issues, the property did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness, safety, or guest experience. Based on my experience, I felt misled regarding the quality and condition of the accommodation and was extremely disappointed with my stay.

Positive: We got the mango house and it was great, the dining and sitting area is so spacious and the air-conditioning leaves it nice and cool to relax in, our bedrooms were plenty big and had all we needed in them, bathroom small but doable nice big shower though, the grounds are beautiful and tropical and there is plenty seating areas at the pool , the pool is 6ft deep on one side and 4ft deep on other and has a jacuzzi at the end of it, big enough carport, it's very peaceful at the house and very quite at night, so getting off to sleep is not a problem, we will certainly stay there again, Negative: The mosquitoes like to bite me so that's not pleasant, and we had a few cockroches visit us in the house which I was afraid of, and the dishwasher was a real pain, not fitted properly and didn't wash the dishes clean, great location very central to so much, the hospitality team were very good they kept checking in incase we needed anything

If you’re into a property that smells like fabuloso-drenched cigarettes, bargain basement detergents that cause hives, pillows so flat they’re more a suggestion than anything, lukewarm hot tubs, wanna be influencers playing loud music all night and hosting discord parties for their 15 followers, and a vibe that can best be described as “down on their luck, aging swingers” look no further. As a bonus, the property will come with electronic locks that are broken or the property management company will simply give you the wrong code. The host “Jon” is actually a property management company and a call center. When you report an issue they’ll tell you they’re looking into it and punt until you either give up or put in dispute with Airbnb. This is genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb, made worse by 11pm phone calls and calling me repeatedly when I’ve told them I’m unavailable because I was with my family in the ICU. Don’t book here if you want an enjoyable stay

This wasn’t whaT I expected to be not only we didn’t have toil tissue I had to go by some plus had to call customer service twice to get into the place, had a problem getting into they door due too the key pass didn’t work
