Spacious 2BR in Miami Bay Views with Balcony

Erick’s place is great. Also, he is a very friendly and responsive host. The apt. It is comfortable and well-equipped; the terrace has an incredible bay view. In addition, the place is located in an area with lots of walkable places to eat and beautiful surroundings. Definitely, I would recommend it and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space was very welcoming and felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a great stay - the apartment was great - clean, spacious and good view across the Bay. Very convenient to the Grove and Biscayne Bay sailing clubs/events.

This was by far one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. So bright so clean and perfect location. This place saved us after a wretched experience at another air bnb . This place was well stocked and super super comfortable beds. The only ever so slight gripe- the HVAC was quite loud.

This unit is in serious need of maintenance. TV don’t work in master.

Most Air BnBs are stand alone units. This is a condo in a 20 story building of both condos and hotel rooms. Essentially you are staying in a hotel room, run by the Arya hotel, under the auspices of Air B&B. The kitchen is quite sparse. Particularly the lack of drinking glasses. I suspect the management gets tired of replacing what the renters take or break. There is a clock on the wall that does not work. I replaced the battery, and it still does not work. The TVs are so impossible to figure out, we could not watch them all weekend. Beware, the WiFi is an open unsecured WiFi, which restricted my use. The view is lovely with the sliding door open, but hazy when closed due to the windows being so dirty. The door key, necessary also for the elevators, was erratic, and needed to be replaced three times in three nights. This is a two bedroom unit with three baths, perfect for two couples, but with parking only for one car. Making parking a challenge.

Location is good close enough to Duval, property should disclose when placing you in a building next to the main road. Didnt sleep all week police and loud cars racing all night. Shower water never got hot. Sofa dirty and impossible to sit on.

The location was amazing. Walkable to fantastic restaurants, shops, and of course, the water! The apartment was a perfect size for three adults. The deck wrapped around the building so it was fun to see the city from different angles. The furniture was a little dated and worn out, but still comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit Coconut Grove!

Great place to stay for my work trip. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Will rent again.
