Me and my friend stayed here for 6 nights
Me and my friend stayed here for 6 nights, we are two 20 year old dudes from Wa state and here is what we thought about the place.
Area- Good safe area very busy with traffic always going throughout the day, you will hear a lot of sirens all day and night but didn’t affect us. easy place for ubers to drop you off and pick you up, it’s a 15 min drive to the beach and over an hour long walk to the beach, you can walk to a walgreens and a publix from here easily.
Pros- Space came as advertised, smelled good, no mold, no cockroaches, mostly pretty clean in the main area and closets, AC kept the place nice and cool while it was very hot outside, good space to put your stuff in.
Cons-Bed springs very loud woke myself up a few times by just moving. Some stains on walls, dishes smelled a little funky so we washed them and they smelled fine after. Shower wall is short so harder to move in shower if you are taller.
Overall good stay for two 20 year old kids on spring break just having fun!

I stayed one night and had to leave early due to serious health and safety issues. I found a live cockroach, mold on the shower ceiling, a strong urine odor on the couch, and visible stains on the floor beneath the bed. The traffic noise was relentless, and the walls were paper-thin, making sleep nearly impossible.
When I reported these concerns and requested to cancel, the host ignored the urgency and validity of my complaints and photo evidence. Instead the host offered maintenance the next day. This option was neither safe nor hygienic to stay yet another night in the unit.
This unit is not as advertised. I strongly caution anyone considering this listing to pay attention to reviews mentioning noise and cleanliness. The condition and lack of proper management made it uninhabitable.
