I stayed here from the 20-25
I stayed here from the 20-25. First of all you don’t get the location until an hour before checking in. The floor is really really dirty (I have seen reviews about this but experienced for myself). We saw that there was 3 bed, 2 sofa bed. Turns out it was only 1 bed. The sofa was not there in the first night. I slept on the sofa and it pained so bad. Next night they gave me a blow up bed which was very uncomfortable. Then the next day which was my son birthday they called and said they’d try to swap our room, came home to someone in the air bnb changing the sofa bed out without or consent. (He had an attitude on top of it). People kept coming and trying to open our door without permission. Even an employee came and was opening it and I went to the window and looked at him and he just walked away. I asked for money back for the first 2 night and they didn’t even respond to that. Overall this place was scary. There communication was great until I asked for a 20% refund

Everything was well until FOUR hours prior to check-in when myself and my fellow guests received a call stating that the property could no longer accommodate us. The phrasing of words was very concerning; at first, the host alluded that there were plumbing issues and we could not stay for one night; however, after questioning this they admitted the property was unusable for the whole week. They then tried to have US cancel which would result in zero refund. It was only through the intervention of AirBnB support that they agreed to facilitate the cancellation process. They also stated this was an issue they knew about prior but were unable to fix; because of this, we had very little time to find new accommodations after driving 16 hours to reach this property. It was honestly reeking of a scam, avoid this property if you can and if this happens to you don’t stop calling AirBnB until you get your money back.
