I was there for some Maritime courses at MPT but the check in was easy
I was there for some Maritime courses at MPT but the check in was easy, after a long drive it felt like I was just getting home. The place was very clean and nicely kept! Weather your visiting or taking classes myself (it’s really close to MPT) I’d def recommend staying here again.

Functional apartment, but strangely set up. There's only one AC/ heater, which is in the bedroom, so the wall between rooms is open near the ceiling to allow air to circulate. This means that light and noise go between rooms.
The kitchen is small but nice, though they only provide 2 sets of cups and plates.
The unit was very loud, between noise from the road and people outside. The door isn't sealed super well.
Finally, the floors were really, really dirty. Walking around for just a few minutes would make the bottoms of your feet completely black with dust.
Not a bad place overall, but not great value for money either.

I loved my time there, I felt right at home. I wished i could’ve extended my stay there as i extended my vacation but definitely worth the money.
The facilities were exactly as advertised and were completely safe and adequate.
Positive:
Was a great spot as I only needed to sleep and shower the whole week. Facilities were great.
Negative:
It was perfect for my stay. It would have been better for me business wise to stay at the hotel where the show was being hosted but it was almost 10X the price...so not worth it at all.
WiFi was poor
WiFi was poor. If you have online classes to do your homework I would recommend to bring your own WiFi box. Besides that everything was good and satisfying.

My mother and I drove 10 hours to come stay at this Airbnb. Once we arrived I went to the unit and opened the door but it kept locking on me. A housekeeper came to try to help me open it but it continued to lock. I contacted the host & they gave me a secondary password but yet again it locked on me. Shortly after we heard a sound coming from inside the unit and realized there was a homeless man that kept breaking into the unit, prior to my stay. My mom went to check out the unit and said that there were feces, she also felt the area did not feel safe at all so we immediately left and ended up having to find a hotel for the night. Disappointed.

I was discouraged as soon as I walked into the unit. It was not at all how I expected. The unit smelled like smoke, the couch looked dirty, and there was a lamp in the room with what looked like smoke residue on it(I have a picture of that). I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to lay down on the bed and was careful where I laid my belongings. I called the customer service number twice but they were not helpful. I do not think this place was worth the cost at all and wish I could’ve cancelled and checked-in elsewhere
