The property is clean, well-located, and accurately depicted in the listing photos. We initially encountered an issue with the master bedroom lacking A/C, making it uncomfortable. However, communication with the host was excellent; he responded promptly and resolved the situation by providing a portable A/C unit. Good overall experience.
The unit itself is great for what we needed it for
The unit itself is great for what we needed it for, well stocked, shower pressure good, pans good, bed comfortable, really no issues except…
There is only 2 wall AC units in there, 1 in the kids room and 1 in the living room. The back bedroom and bathroom do not get any of the AC even with them running all day and the doors wide open.
From 1-2pm onward the back of the home is 80-85°+ even sleeping with only a sheet at night my wife and I were drenched in sweat. We are not big people at all either, quite literally ruined the entire week due to how fragmented the sleep was.
The host was always responsive and offered to send maintenance out in the afternoon, we go to bed at 6pm due to work and the maintenance guy showed up at almost 7pm and woke us, the host apologized which again was fine but unless he was going to put another ac unit into the back room he was there to waste everyone’s time.
Outside of the AC situation it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, with a beautiful beach nearby and a water taxi just 3 minutes away. This made it very convenient to explore the area. Having both the beach and easy access to the water taxi was a great advantage. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Positive:
The location is very quiet, peaceful and parking is open and not crowded.
Negative:
The main room has no ac unit, however leaving both ac units on with fan helps cooling main room.
