Climate & Pests - South Florida’s subtropical climate may occasionally allow geckos or insects inside, despite routine pest control. - Refunds are not provided for such occurrences. Deliveries & Storage - Guests must request permission before having packages delivered. - Packages are only permitted during active reservation dates. - USPS mail is not accepted; please use local shipping or pickup services. - No luggage storage is available before or after your stay.
