Anfitrión mantiene buena comunicación durante toda la estancia. Lugar limpio y agradable. Lo único por lo que no puedo dar 5 estrellas es por qué lo alquile por qué ofrecía servicio de lavandería en el lugar a huéspedes y pese a enviarme el codigo y todo del área, no es posible el uso de los huéspedes. Tuve que sacar de mi tiempo para ir a lavanderías fuera del lugar. Fui por motivos de cuidados a familiar en intensivo por lo que me pasaba en el hospital prácticamente. La piscina la utilize un día como dos horas y muy tranquila y limpia. Y fui a lavandería cercana al lugar que el anfitrión me recomendó. El anfitrión y su comunicación constante es un 10/10. Pero el lugar no me ofreció todo lo que estaba anunciado y por lo cual fue elegido y pagado. Así que aunque di 4 estrellas, lo recomiendo, y si no es molestia para ustedes la falta de lavandería no duden en hospedarse. Entrada tranquila y privada mediante códigos de acceso en puerta
This property had a nasty public pool and roaches in the room.

It was close to the beach, which is nice.
Negative:
My room had roaches. The pool was dirty and the pump was not on and working, even after reaching out to the property manger, nothing was fixed. The window in the shower had no curtain and you could easily see in. I reached out after my stay to the property manger with no response.

I ended up staying at a friends down the street instead for the 2nd night because it smelled gross there. I woke up with a ton of junk in my lungs and sinus, there was definitely mold there.

I was in south Florida for a business trip the wk of 3/16 . I travel to that area regularly.
My stay at this location was less than satisfactory. I arrived at the facility and found a man seating in a truck smoking cannabis and playing laude music.
I walked into the room and encountered a horrible foul smell. The room was dirty. The rug was stained. Worse, the towels were also stained and there was NO HOT water.
I called the office and explained the above. I was told to run the hot water for a few minutes. I ran the water for 10+ minutes. No Hot water.
I called the facility and asked for assistance. My concerns were not addressed. I spoke with a female several times. I was quite frustrated and requested a refund. The woman avoided my question and kept apologizing ...

We had to leave this (Motel room) early due to multiple unresolved issues that made the unit uninhabitable.
When we arrived, the A/C was not working and was blowing warm air in the South Florida heat with a strong cigarette smoke odor, the TV was unusable because it had not been properly set up , it required a Samsung account login that could not be bypassed, so we could not access any streaming or basic TV.
We immediately notified the host and sent photos. While we were told a technician would come in the morning, no one arrived when promised, and no temporary solution or compensation was offered for having to spend the night without A/C or TV. We were repeatedly asked to “wait” while the problems remained unresolved.
The suggestion to open windows to remove the smoke smell was not practical, as the room has only a small window in the shower. The host tried to keep our refund, in spite of multiple complaints. We were traveling with our granddaughter and left ASAP.
