Waited a week to post this so as not to be too hasty and harsh. Flat is great, but either way 3 issues:
1. Although the listing mentions resort fees, which we expected to pay, iPhone booking we received a message from the host stating on this occasion it was complimentary, to quote “no need to worry about the resort fees, you don’t need to take any action for them. Consider it our early birthday gift to you.”
However, a demand for the fees accompanied the check in instructions, and despite referencing the previous correspondence, they now insisted they were subject to payment. They did not honour their word and backtracked on a previous undertaking, demonstrating a lack of trust and authenticity.
2. We booked for 3 people, but in check in the sofa bed was not made, but worse, there was no provided bedding. Despite contacting them immediately on arrival (around 5pm) they failed to provide bedding for the first night.
3. Room is not the one shown, looks out to the right, not bang front

For the price that I had paid for the Airbnb, the pictures were nothing like the place I stayed in. It was extremely small more like a studio does not look anything like the photos that are uploaded. Also, the only parking that is available is valet parking which is $75 per day, which was not explained thoroughly. the blinds Also do not go up and was broken on the side with the chains on the table, to move the blinds you would have to move the whole thing back in order to go out into the balcony. Slow and bad communication with host.

IT’S A SCAM, DIFFERENT UNIT
Before start, for anyone who wants to see the actual proof and real images of the unit provided go to yelp and reddit and search for Stay Hospitality.
What was delivered does not match the listing. This is not about angles, lighting, or personal perception. It is a Different Unit.
The listing photos clearly shows a living room with large windows and abundant natural light. The actual living room does not have a window, i mean none, which completely changes the layout, brightness.
The difference is obvious and fully documented. The only window in the entire unit is inside the bedroom, leaving the living room as a dark dungeon.
I raised this issue immediately and attempted to resolve it in a calm and reasonable manner. What followed was a clear pattern of stalling: generic responses, repeated requests to “wait a bit longer,” missed deadlines, and no concrete decision, all the way until the very last moment allowed by the platform.
Never book with them.
