If I could rate this management and place a 0 star I would. Our stay at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. During our visit, the entire unit flooded and we woke up multiple times to standing water and wet belongings, including our bags. For all three nights of our stay, we were forced to deal with puddles throughout the unit and constantly clean up water ourselves.
Despite reaching out for help, maintenance did very little to resolve the issue and the situation was never properly addressed. Management also failed to provide any meaningful support or urgency in fixing the problem, which made the experience even more frustrating and uncomfortable.
Given the condition of the property and the lack of response, this stay felt unsafe and uninhabitable. To make matters worse, no refund or compensation was offered despite the severity of the situation. Overall, this was one of the worst Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we would not recommend this property.
