- A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) is required. This fee is charged per day (not per person). The daily amenity fee includes in-room Wi-Fi, local and 1-800 phone calls, 24-hour concierge and front desk services, access to daily yoga and fitness classes in our two-story world-class fitness complex, exclusive entry to our Marriott Stanton South Beach beach club, and two complimentary drinks upon arrival. It can take up to 2 hours for the building to enter you into their system, which is required in order to receive your fob and access the unit. - Valet Parking is available for $75 + taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 + tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.
