- A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) is required. This fee is charged per day (not per person) and needs to be paid 4 hours prior to the check-in. The daily amenity fee includes in-room Wi-Fi, access to daily yoga and fitness classes in our two-story world-class fitness complex, exclusive entry to our South Beach beach club.

- Valet Parking is available for $75 + taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 + tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your stay. This will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

Hello , We were not happy staying there . First we could not check in until we paid $333.35 for resort fees that were not specified in the listing . The listing was advértised as a luxury apartment with 2 beds , pool , gym etc . It never was explained that we had to paid $333.35 in order to proceed to check in . The apartment was not an apartment it was a studio with bed , the sofa was also a bed . That was never explained . We requested early checked in that could not be possible We requested extra toilet paper , by Saturday . That was never delivered . We had to buy our own toilet paper We requested extra blankets as the “sofa “ had thin sheets my friend was so cold he had to sleep fully clothes on and a hoody because he was extremely cold . The extra blankets were never delivered We requested late check in as our flight was delayed . That could not be possible either . No helped from the host at all . We are requesting to refund the extra fees of $333.35 we had to pay on

A great place to stay with great amenities. Their is a Daily fee of 60 dollars approximately but it was well worth it. One of the best beds I’ve ever slept in a hotel.

My stay was excellent. The hotel is modern and very well located, in a beautiful area of Miami — perfect for tourists. Publix and Target are nearby, which was very convenient. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, with a beautiful view. Modern facilities, a very comfortable bed, and a good TV. The only downside was the hospitality fee, which wasn’t clearly stated in advance and added considerably to the total cost.
