Great stay. Ideal location. Slight problem with smoke detectors in the middle of the night. This unit could stand a deep clean. Scuffs on walls could easily be remedied with a major eraser. For the price point, those details matter

Upon entering the unit, we IMMEDIATELY notified the host and AirBnB that the unit WREAKED of cigarette smoke and was dirty (stains on the wall, floss on floor).
The host notified us that someone would come to confirm the smell. 2 hours and 40 minutes later someone with a squirt bottle showed up but confirmed it was an overwhelming smell. The person typed via translate app that the host would try to move us.
However the host made no contact for hours and at 8pm told us they couldn't move us. Where are we supposed to go when they aren’t communicating and we've waited all day to hear from them? A day later they said we'd be refunded except for “the night we stayed there, cleaning fees, but would have to promptly leave/check out. They now said that the person who came to the unit the prior day told them there was no smell after previous acknowledging the issue. The host was extremely difficult to communicate with and took no responsibility for the issue. DO NOT BOOK

This space was beautiful and plentiful for myself and 3 children. The balcony was spectacular, overall place very high end. Both sofas were pullouts, perfect for when my mom surprised us from out of town.
The hotel staff was very friendly but very busy. We used Uber so we didn’t have to deal with valet or car. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the pizza place.
Linens and beds were fabulous, super comfy! Maybe could have used a couple extra blankets. Cold weekend. Great gym and pool.
Only issue we had was the smoke detector started chirping loudly at 4 am every 30 secs due to low battery, which happens. I was not happy but the host was responsive and helped out. We got through it and checked out that day. All in all I would highly recommend this great rental!

This was the perfect spot for the 4 of us. The gym is AMAZING and one of the best hotel gyms i have ever seen. The host was extremely responsive even when we messaged late at night. This will be out go to spot from now on when traveling to Miami.
