Great place and so close to the beach
Great place and so close to the beach! Everything is within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The room was clean and perfect for my friend and me. Definitely worth the price!

The bathroom light flickers and does not cut on sometimes the bed was broken when we arrived and was propped up on little pieces of wood. I am a 6 feet 280 pound Bodyguard. The place was clean, but the bed was horrible. Once notified of the problem they said they would send someone no one ever came. Restaurants within walking distance were great. Beach was great privacy was awesome.
It was terrible
It was terrible, it smelled the bed broke as soon as me and my gf sat on it and couldn’t stay there for 2 of the 3 nights we payed for. The communication was terrible they told us they would fix it within 24 hrs and in fact did not fix it and won’t work with us to give us a refund or reimbursement of any kind. I’m fine with paying for the 1 night we stayed there but the other 2 nights I shouldn’t have to pay for. Also super small!

Bathroom light needs to be brighter, sink drain kept closing not allowing water to drain, cable tv connection kept dragging, took an extra 20 min to finish a movie.

Great location and worth booking if you’re the “room doesn’t matter much because we’ll be out and about the entire trip” type of person. It’s incredibly walkable to just about everywhere on the barrier island, including the multiple beaches and tons of restaurants/shopping in the area. The hallways smelled kinda weird, but the room was mostly clean. The shower had no shelves which was odd (and inconvenient). There was also no fan in the bathroom. The floors were kinda…wet at all times, but I assume that’s just from the humidity. The TV didn’t really work either. Also the pool is completely shaded by surrounding buildings on every side, so we didn’t end up using it for sunbathing at all. I wouldn’t say this place is awful, but just expect that you will spend extra on a resort pass at one of the nearby hotels if you want to use the pool, spend extra at the bar if you want to watch TV, etc. That said, the staff is friendly and responsive. And the location, again, is fantastic.

The location of the place is beautiful, the actual housing is not to my standards, the smell of hot mold in the halls and room , the falsified pictures and the slow response from management made my stay unbearable. Not to mention the Wi-Fi was so horrible.
For what this cost us
For what this cost us, small place, cut my stomach on the end of the table that was peeling off to get around to the bathroom, the bed was broke, it TACOED on us, pillows are a joke, bad farm also broke, mattress terrible and smaller than bed frame, there were dish’s by the open entry door upstairs because improper building ventilation, hot, where cats and dogs , strays eat, other people arguing and fighting, someone ran out of room with blood on her hand , pool was closed, oh and the bag of needles my wife found in parking area, the parking area is a lined space parking lot, what a joke, they fit a scooter maybe and now I have 3 dents on my BMW, the parking spaces are not to code along with at least half of everything there,

Some worth noting items.
1st. This is not a private apartment in the traditional sense.
This is a multi dwelling unit. Meaning there are private rooms and private bathrooms with in the unit but you dont have a kitchen, dining space, balcony etc. Its like a bedroom.
2.Additionally the pool could be accessible depends on various things. Such as is it being cleaned, repaired, weather etc. (it was not accessible during my short stay and thats okay)
3. Laundry on site but its not free and its shared.
4th. (What bummed me out) Parking is VERY limited. It also costs $30 a day! You could get lucky and find places to park for cheaper or for free but these places are both not close to the apartment and will require you to take a long walk or other means. I didnt realize when booking its right along the beach. So alot of tourists, foot traffic, and locals.
This location is still very great and comfortable, clean, and convenient. It just all depends on what you need or want.
When
