fine! place had a good location. we only stayed one night and it was perfect for that
this was an absolute disaster on Eden's part with the most horrific customer service imaginable
this was an absolute disaster on Eden's part with the most horrific customer service imaginable. on Christmas eve, 5 of us arrived from out of town with a supposed room and keyless entry code to check into in a place in ft. Lauderdale. instead, the room was occupied by other guests and Eden said they double booked by accident, we don't have a place to stay, and they are sorry. I said apologies are not acceptable in this case, we need a resolution and to speak to a supervisor. I was*assured* a supervisor would call back within minutes. I guess I'm still waiting for that call LOL. you are a bunch of spineless cowards and I hope other people read this review and pick literally any other host except for your sorry excuse for a business.

Absolutely wonderful suite with prime beachfront location! Only reason I’m rating 4 stars is there was a hearty price tag, very poor water pressure and additional property front $30 parking for 1 vehicle max. Even with that being said, would still stay again! We had a great time.

Great stay and great service. Only negatives were main bathroom shower had no water pressure so unusable. The WiFi password didn’t match what was given.
We had a lovely time at Eden
We had a lovely time at Eden. It is literally half a block from the beach. There is a starbucks across the street one way and the beach across the street the next. The wrap around balcony was amazing with views of the ocean right at your eyes, lovely to sit out there for morning coffee and in the evening for the cool breeze. We went with our 3 kids (8,4,2) who enjoyed the space and we found that Eden was just what we needed for our 6 night stay. The kitchen was small but also perfect for our needs with a med fridge and a 2 burner electric stove I found I was able to manage quite nicely and minimalistically which is a plus on vacation. The host was very responsive. We look forward to staying again!

La estadía fue muy buena, el apartamento es exactamente igual a como lo describen, muy limpio y muy cerca de muchas cosas, sin duda no dudaría en recomendarlo. Es una excelente opción calidad/precio. También la comunicación es excelente, la respuesta siempre fue inmediata.

El lugar es hermoso
El lugar es hermoso, la ubicación excelente , pero tuve mala experiencia con el parking, lo aboné antes de ir y cuando fui no había lugar para mi carro , tuve que estacionar toda la noche en un lugar que no correspondía, fue muy incómodo y eso hizo que estuviera intranquila durante la noche . Sábanas y toallas sucias . La atención rápida y amable pero la solución no fue la que más me hubiese gustado .
