The place itself was nice overall
The place itself was nice overall, but there were a lot of little black bugs in the room, which I’m guessing may have been coming from the fake plants. There were also hidden parking fees that were not mentioned in the listing description. The parking spaces were extremely tight, and the parking number given to me was already occupied by someone else when I arrived.

Exelente ubicacion y cercania de la playa, buena relacion precio /ofrecimiento, algunas pocas cosas que mejorar, como horarios de check in y check out, un poco mas temprano, alguna mesita para tomar alimentos y dada la cercania con la playa deberian haber un par de sillas y sombrilla...seguro volveria.

This place was an amazing stay! The shower was great after a day at the beach. Plenty of hot water and pressure.
The pool was great as well. Very clean and the perfect temperature.
The water Gerry was fun to take and located at the end of the street.
The bed was super comfortable with nice cotton linens. I definitely would stay again.

If you’re looking for something cheap and walkable this can be good enough but not if your concerned about ants, the shower floor being cracked, AC isn’t allowed to go below 70 and it doesn’t get cold, it was very close to everything but just was not clean. I felt over headed, could smell weed in the hall ways and was grossed out by the ants. The toilet also moves a lot when you sit down and the bathroom light doesn’t work so getting ready in there wasn’t easy. Just doesn’t feel like vacation, more like a cheap hotel.

I appreciated that they let me check in early. I would have loved to know that I would have to lug my suitcase up 20 steps to get to my room. The wifi didn't work at all. The shower is the size my daughters Barbie Dream house which I could've dealt with if the shower actually turned on. I contacted them about that and the wifi but had to go to a meeting (unshowered) I came back and they said the wifi was working but it wasn't. I finally had a friend come by with his tools to fix the shower know so I could shower.There's also a really bad insect issue don't use the silverware. I'm pretty sure the place isn't managed locally so when there's an issue it doesn't really get resolved. The bed itself was nice and the location was great but I wouldn't stay there again

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated, but it’s a stretch to call it an apartment. It’s really a hotel room that has a small refrigerator and microwave. The location is fantastic though. Also, I did have trouble checking in the code. I was given did not work so I called the number on the reservation and after speaking with an agent for a while, they gave me the backup code to get in. In the middle of the night, I woke up to a giant puddle because the refrigerator was leaking. Not exactly their fault, but it wasn’t great to have to deal with in the middle of the night. Parking is fairly pricey in the space is very tight. Overall, the price was OK considering the location, but still somewhat overpriced for the room. I really wanted somewhere very clean and in a good location so this did fit the bill.
