The electricity kept going in and out in the main room
The electricity kept going in and out in the main room. This was a problem because a C-pap machine is needed for sleep for medical reasons and the power would randomly go out during the day and night. Maintenance did come and realized it was an issue with another unit having multiple items plugged in.

I arrive to the location and I had paid for parking separately to the host and my parking spot was
I arrive to the location and I had paid for parking separately to the host and my parking spot was taken so I call and they said there was nothing they could do about it so I tell them I’d like to cancel so I can get another place to stay and they said they didn’t do cancellations so I ended up leaving and staying at a hotel because I needed the parking and street parking was very limited there and they never refunded me for the parking which they said they would and they didn’t refund me for the room that I didn’t stay at . I never complain and I never write bad reviews but this one definitely got on my nerve the way customer service handled it was unacceptable I got scammed for 270$ for a room I couldn’t stay at and 30$ for parking that I never got and had to go pay a extra 170$ for a hotel room . Me coming from out of town and having limited time definitely messed my schedule up and then having to deal with customer service that didn’t help .

Great location and very responsive hosts. Barely a block away from the beach and close to everything!
However the lights and electricity kept going out randomly. We would put the proper code in the door and it wouldn’t always work. The place was clean but could have been cleaner.
I would probably stay again if it was on a discount again but not for the full price.

location is great and that was about it. This spot had stains on the walls and on the sheets. there was sticky stuff on the floor. our sheets were damp upon arrival. shower was not clean at all and had stuff growing it. very unhygienic and would not recommend staying here.

The absolute best part of this stay was the location. 1 min walk to main parting beach. Close to all the restaurants and shops.
Only downside was the lock on the door. Would it kill them to leave some directions. They are old school original electronic locks. You have to turn the knob on inside of the door to loc the latch BEFORE you close the door. The code does not lock the door like it does on modern locks - it only unlocks. Seriously, there are tons of comments about the locks - replace them or leave detailed instructions.
Other than that then place is great and exactly as described.
