Climate & Pests - South Florida’s tropical climate may occasionally result in insects indoors, even with routine preventative maintenance. - We kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed to help minimize this. - As these conditions are part of the local environment, they are not grounds for refunds. Deliveries & Storage - Guests must request permission before having packages delivered. - Packages are only permitted during active reservation dates. - USPS mail is not accepted; please use local shipping or pickup services. - No luggage storage is available before or after your stay.
