Needed a spot to stay while working
Needed a spot to stay while working. Not horrible overall, the space definitely has an odor of Mold and or Mildew. Could use a deep clean of the shower space. Very nice Outdoor lounge area. Connecting to WiFi requires ID and Photo submission so opted out.
Parking spaces were tight so if you drive a truck you’ll need to beat the crowd to fit, otherwise risk a parking ticket elsewhere. Host was incredibly responsive, much faster than the listed response time.
The location was excellent
The location was excellent. The host was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. The internet was unreliable and we had difficulty getting into work. The deck furniture up top was worn and needed to be replaced. Overall it was a very good value.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I. Walking distance to our family and friends at a local
Hotel, walking distance to the beautiful beach and lots of food and bars to choose from. Didn’t have to drive anywhere! Bed was very comfy and sheets were so soft. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Bathroom had a big shower and a really nice vanity style mirror. Traveling was rough due to the govt shutdown, we communicated with the host about our all the issues we were having and they helped us out anyway they could. We would definitely stay there again.

I booked this place to stay during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. The positives are : The location is great and it was relatively affordable for local accom during the show when prices go up. The host was always responsive. The negatives: it was very humid inside the unit and smelt bad (my clothes were actually wet when I took them out of my suitcase an hour later where I moved to after checking out of there). The unit is a bit tired - kitchen and bathroom units damaged, walls stained and damaged, what looks like some water damage. The furniture on the roof terrace (directly outside the door) is very run down also. The place is “ok” for what you pay if you need a good location, convenience and just a place to sleep for a few nights if you plan to be out in the day times.

Wenn man bedenkt was die Unterkünfte in der Umgebung kosten, ist diese eine super Wahl. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Es ist sauber, ordentlich und dem Preis absolut angemessen. Die Terrasse ist ein netter Zusatz für einen morgendlichen Kaffee oder abendliches Bier. Der Pool dient zur kurzen Abkühlung und die Lage der Unterkunft ist das Beste (2 Minuten zum Strand). Wer keinen Luxus braucht, sondern eine gut ausgestattet Wohnung sucht, mit vernünftig Platz, zum guten Preis, ist hier gut beraten. Vielen Dank nochmal auch für den netten Kontakt.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’appartement était très propre et super bien situé ! L’air climatisé fonctionnait à merveille ! Nous avons eu des difficultés avec la manette de la télévision et ils sont venus arranger la situation super rapidement ! Je recommande sans aucun doute cette place !
