Upon arrival at 4p there was a man in my reserved room #1101 saying he was fixing the AC. When I walked in, the room was under repair and not guest welcome. There was Plastic covers on all furniture with paint buckets and paint and debris on the floor. I tried calling and messaging the host several times but no reply. I was left with no room with my belongings and my dog with no where to settle in. I waited an hour to finally have someone find me a room. It was not a pleasant experience. I feel like I lost time and money by staying here

My stay overall was pretty seamless. It was very simple and easy. The room was fairly small but had all necessary features. Easy pin pad entry and the office was helpful whenever needed. The only complaint is there was a water leak during our last night. Woke up to a flood from the room above. Management handled. I would stay here again! Thanks
