Overall, the apartment was fine
Overall, the apartment was fine. However, there was a damp smell in both the building and the apartment. Most of the window coverings were broken, and there was a lot of condensation inside.
We stayed for 3 nights and were provided with only one towel per person. When we requested a towel change, we were told it would cost $50. Communication was unhelpful, and the staff did not seem eager to assist us, even after we explained that our towels remained wet (throughout our stay) because of how damp it was. They said they would bring towels but only did so an hour prior to our check out (we had requested them on day 2), and only after repeated back and forths. They even called at 9pm the night prior to our checkout saying that they had delivered it to another appartement.
Overall, it was very frustrating for such a simple request. We ended up buying new towels. For the price, I would recommend checking other options, as there are plenty of accommodations just as close to the beach

Perfect Spot for two! Super close to the beach with a starbucks right on the corner and a short walk to the best restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. Quite mostly residential neighborhood makes you feel at home!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Booked same-day (instant confirmation), arrived early afternoon, and messaged host for access code—no response despite multiple follow-ups. Waited hours outside, then host cancelled the reservation without explanation around 6 PM. Left us scrambling for last-minute accommodation on a busy weekend, costing extra. Unreliable and poor communication—strongly advise against booking with this host.

Great stay, will definitely return. The place was comfortable and very clean. Half a block from the beach, great area to walk around. The hosting team was fully engaged, quick responses to any question we had. Thanks for hosting us.
