Perfect location! Love how close it is to the beach. Also very responsive to any questions. Perfect place for a couple to stay!!

Nothing - the host is terrible - DO NOT STAY HERE. They are rip off artists.
Negative:
Everything about this place says scam artists. They will charge you a deposit then fabricate a story to keep you money $350 by the way. They don't communicate with you at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Zero parking
Zero parking. only 3 towels for two people. Fridge isn't very cold. Smelly hallway and gross stains. "Milk stains?" Neighbors were loud with music. If you don't get there before 4pm you will have to find parking in a tow spot.
Other than that it's a good location and they were very responsive and helpful. The place is organized.

Beware
Beware. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything through the walls. I was in unit 1205 and literally heard a whole sexual interlude as if I was in the room. Not cool! If your looking for peace and quiet think twice as your rolling the dice that a unit next to you decides to be up late.
Overall, the apartment was fine
Overall, the apartment was fine. However, there was a damp smell in both the building and the apartment. Most of the window coverings were broken, and there was a lot of condensation inside.
We stayed for 3 nights and were provided with only one towel per person. When we requested a towel change, we were told it would cost $50. Communication was unhelpful, and the staff did not seem eager to assist us, even after we explained that our towels remained wet (throughout our stay) because of how damp it was. They said they would bring towels but only did so an hour prior to our check out (we had requested them on day 2), and only after repeated back and forths. They even called at 9pm the night prior to our checkout saying that they had delivered it to another appartement.
Overall, it was very frustrating for such a simple request. We ended up buying new towels. For the price, I would recommend checking other options, as there are plenty of accommodations just as close to the beach
