This is my second time staying here and I would consider it a Hidden Gem
This is my second time staying here and I would consider it a Hidden Gem! It is super clean, looks just like the pictures, and is half a block from the beach. The host was always responsive in less than 20 mins and even helped with other requests I had like where to find local gyms that offer day passes. The area is great, not only because of the proximity to the beach, but also because there are lots of fun restaurants and bars just a few blocks South. I will be staying here again. Soon I hope!!

Great Airbnb steps away from the beach. They also have a pool if they have a grill that would be perfect.
I am a therapist and my wife is a principal
I am a therapist and my wife is a principal. We are in our early 40’s and keep a clean house, clean children, clean clothes and clean cars. We were looking for a place a few blocks from the beach that was affordable for a few days to escape NY winter. If any of this sounds like you, DON’T STAY HERE. It’s full of black mold, the smell and air are a safety concern which was not taken seriously. There are filthy windows that you can’t even see out of, filthy floors, the furniture was handed down from god knows where and there are people LIVING in the “hotel” sitting around smoking cigarettes all day who told me “we are here until we can figure out our next steps in life”. Essentially, it’s a homeless shelter on air b and b.

Should have been cleaner my sheets were stained I requested new ones. The surfaces were dusted but not wiped with cleaner. Smudges stains filth

Eden was a beautiful experience
Eden was a beautiful experience. It is located literally about 500 ft walking distance from the beach, with beautiful ocean view. Surrounding buildings making it seem like a private and luxurious location, very convenient for a night life. In between the beach and the canal. It’s peaceful, simple yet very romantic. It was what I needed for my beautiful weekend getaway with my partner.
The customer service, did their best to respond, even when I called they were quick to answer and assist me promptly. Also local neighbors were polite and nice, it was just absolutely gorgeous. I would come here again.
