This airbnb was not what I accepted,
Intial arrival was okay but the AC unit was making a sound the whole trip, then started leaking water all over the floor and under the TV. The TV screened kept going black, and not working. Along with the AC issue and TV, the shower is extremely small as someone whos only 5’3 and 113 lbs I had like no room, neither did my partner.
The airbnb is okay, could definitely use some maintenance updates but close to the beach and restaurants on the strip.

Overall, our stay was a bit mixed
Overall, our stay was a bit mixed. There were a few issues during our time at the property, including some outlets not working and a front door that was unreliable, which was frustrating, especially considering the price.
However, I do want to highlight that the team was responsive once we reached out. They acknowledged the situation and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered us a late check-out free of charge, which we really appreciated—especially since our flight had been rescheduled.
So while the stay itself had some inconveniences, the customer service helped improve the overall experience in the end.
Convenient spot for a short term stay
Convenient spot for a short term stay, very close to the beach and walking distance to many different restaurants, stores and nightlife. The place could’ve been a little cleaner (we found a stain on the bed & the bathroom sink would clog :( ) , but overall cozy enough for a safe place to sleep and change.

Eden was very attentive to any questions i had throughout my entire stay! Definitely would recommend for all my solo travelers! Beach and amazing restaurants/cafes were walkable. My only complaint is that i couldn’t stay longer! Worth every penny

A wonderful place to stay due to location, but there’s room for improvement. Upon booking, the host directed me to another app/site, but still communicated through AirBnB messaging. Very responsive through chat, but no use trying to phone. It was difficult to find the unit because the incorrect building was listed. On the other site, it also incorrectly listed the door code. The code listed on AirBnB was correct. Walking in, my partner and I were immediately hit with a wave of smoke smell. During our stay, we had upstairs neighbors that didn’t respect the quiet hours. Bedside table lamp stopped working. The blow dryers and iron never worked. The fridge is rusted but still clean. Wall and floor stains present in the bathroom. Hair and faint stains on the floor towel. No facial washcloths. Other towels and bed sheets were clean. AC remote is complex but worked great. The place is comfortable and felt safe. Just needs a lot of simple maintenance to be great!
