Cozy 1BR Stay for 4 in FT Lauderdale

Overall, I had a good stay. The space was perfect for 1–2 people and very comfortable. There was an issue with the AC breaking during my stay, but the host was very responsive and handled it quickly. They sent their team out, replaced it with a portable AC unit, and even replaced the couch. I really appreciated how fast they addressed everything. Aside from that hiccup, the place was nice and I would consider staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great, with many amenities nearby, including a gas station and convenience store just a 3-minute walk away, which was very practical. The place was clean and well-organized when we arrived. The host was very respectful and proactive with messaging, making sure everything went smoothly. The pool was okay with the kids; it was the perfect backup for those days when we wanted to relax at home instead of heading to the beach. Also, the sofa bed worked out great for the children's sleeping arrangements. One thing to note is that the property is located near a boulevard. While it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep, you can occasionally hear the sound of traffic or sirens (police/ambulance) at night. If you are a light sleeper, playing some background music or white noise might be helpful, but overall, it wasn't a major issue for us. Finally, I feel the price and location was right. I can recommend for the families!

Se encuentra bien ubicado, cerca a la playa , restaurantes, supermercados, las fotos son tal cual como es el aparta estudio, tiene parqueadero el cual queda ubicado literal al frente de la puerta de entrada , aspectos a mejorar, el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso.

i am in love with STAY I have stayed at multiple locations and I'm always right at home. This is my favorite location thus far. Relax and stay with STAY!!!!

I would qualify it as OK. for such a long stay they should provide fresh linens, towels and clean the place at least once without charging extra fees. Roaches present in the kitchen cabinets, constant police cars at all times, guests doing drugs in the parking lot, we had a domestic violence incident in the parking lot in which the police had to be involved (this goes beyond owner's control. however it happened) I would recommend the owners to be more selective with the tenants, considering the long and strict list of rules, and fines... I would have expected a different type of "neighbors" However, the place is not bad at all, needs a bit of love inside and it's like 1 mile away from Las Olas. The owners were always responsive and prompt to any questions

This place was a gem had a wonderful stay , it was peaceful and quiet . I work overnight and need to sleep during the daytime. I would stay here again
