Please read this review if you plan on staying here. If it wasn't for the location and relative size, it would have been 1 or 2 stars. Stayed almost 3 weeks.
Pros:
- Location: hard to beat a mile to las olas and a mile to the beach and very walkable
- Spacious
Cons:
- Looks can be deceiving. A little run down but not a reason not to stay for a short period
- THE AC DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. We read previous reviews, asked to confirm the AC had been fixed, and we had issues almost every day. Walked in on day one and it was a sauna. Goes from 62 degrees (still feeling like 72) to 78 without touching anything. Summer would for sure be a no go
- While team was responsive, we wasted 2 days for the technicians to come and try to fix the system. A first thing in the morning service does not mean 5pm arrival. Wasted a couple days of our trip.
- Dishwasher and laundry machines are usable, but not the best
- Steam shower stopped functioning after 2 uses, a drawer broke upon using on day one
Think twice before booking this location
Think twice before booking this location. When we first arrived, it looked beautiful and seemed like the perfect place to stay. Unfortunately, several issues came up during our visit.
The air conditioner stopped working, and we had to arrange for a technician to come while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. It was fixed temporarily but stopped working again the following day. The shower is also very complicated with multiple knobs and no instructions, which made it difficult to use.
There were no beach towels provided. While this may have been noted in the listing, when staying near the beach it’s something most guests expect, so we ended up having to purchase our own.
Noise was also a problem. There is someone living on a boat directly in front of the property who was very loud, and the walls are extremely thin. You can hear the upstairs apartment walking, music, and other sounds clearly. Unfortunately, I barely slept the first night because of the noise.

La salle de bain est en décomposition ainsi que la cuisine et il y a de la moississure.
Le logement est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout ce qui passe dans les logements adjacents.
Le logement a vraiment besoin d'être rafraichi, pendant notre séjour la télévision est tombée pendant la nuit causant un vacarme énorme.

We had a great stay in Fort Lauderdale! The place was very clean, in a great location, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s convenient if you have a car since there’s a parking spot available, but without a rental you’ll need to use Uber to get around. The only downsides were not being able to adjust the thermostat and the mattress being a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.
