La salle de bain est en décomposition ainsi que la cuisine et il y a de la moississure.
Le logement est très mal insonorisé, on entend tout ce qui passe dans les logements adjacents.
Le logement a vraiment besoin d'être rafraichi, pendant notre séjour la télévision est tombée pendant la nuit causant un vacarme énorme.

We had a great stay in Fort Lauderdale
We had a great stay in Fort Lauderdale! The place was very clean, in a great location, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s convenient if you have a car since there’s a parking spot available, but without a rental you’ll need to use Uber to get around. The only downsides were not being able to adjust the thermostat and the mattress being a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay. It’s very close to everything. Close to the beach, close the strip, you’re pretty much in the middle of both. I wouldn’t consider it “walking distance” only because it’s Florida and it’s so hot 🥵.
The apartment itself, was great! A few cosmetic blemishes but nothing to complain about unless you’re a nitpicker. I loved the back patio, it was very peaceful and pleasant until’ unbeknownst to me, a man living in his boat scared the life out of me one night. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back again
