I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great spot by the water and super walkable area around the town. Only 15 from the bars and a cheap uber to nicer places in downtown. Great location and a good place for 2-3 people. It was a bit crammed with 4 people, but still definitely worth the value. Overall a great stay and a very understandable and proactive host! Thank you Stay!

Ils n’ont pas réglé le problème du wifi. Le routeur est trop loin de l’unité 6 et il est impossible d’utiliser le wifi.
Très vieux, mal entretenu. Manque d’ustensil dans la cuisine.
Gros chantier de construction tres bruyant en face. Le chantier sera completé seulement a la fin 2027.
Je ne recommande pas. C’est la premiere que je laisse un mauvais commentaire en 10 ans, mais je n’ai pas le choix malbeureusement vu la facon dont l’hôte s’est occupé de nous.
J’avais loué l’unité #1 il y a deux ans et tout était parfait.

Walking distance 1 mile to the very happening district(many bars and restaurants, Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale and also approx 1 mile to Las Olas Beach. Stayed for 5 nights in Feb 2026, got lucky neighbors are quiet. There is a huge apartment under construction just across the street, construction started 8am to 4/5pm, that’s annoying if stay indoor during daytime.

the location was beautiful ! you get nice views on the canal and you're within walking distance to a 7/11 and E las olas BLVD. check in is a little later around 4 so as long as you have something to do before hand you're fine. when I did check in they were still doing some last minute tidying however the space was clean, smelled amazing, and had a stocked kitchen dish wise. the stay was nice and quiet the street is not busy at all and depending on your neighbors at the time of your stay, it's pretty quiet. I ALSO noticed the front door keeps quite a bit of sound inside the apartment. good sound dampening
