The best part of this stay was the beautiful bay/ocean view and electric shades. Unfortunately, the room had several issues including stale-smelling bedding, dirty floors, stained towels, hair in the tub, mold around the AC vent, dirty silverware, and a dated appearance. The TV and Wi-Fi did not work properly during my stay. The shared balcony lacked privacy, neighboring guests were loud, and an unexpected towel fee was disappointing. Overall, not worth the price paid.

it was not what was advertised. no towels anywhere even at the pool the hallways weee dirty. hot tub didn't work the entire week we were there tv stopped working halfway through our stay

Location, amenities and staff on the property were all great. Beautiful view off the balcony and the motorized blackout shades were great. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors TV until late at night and there were cookies on the ground when we arrived. The place felt clean but was still a bit questionable on how well it really was. Overall was a good stay and location was perfect.

For the first time staying in the Coconut Grove area for vacation, it was a great experience
For the first time staying in the Coconut Grove area for vacation, it was a great experience. The accommodations were in a great location; walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the Arts Festival (which I didn't know was going to be happening during my visit). There's a nearby farmer's market that you could walk to. There's wonderfully tasty food and drinks within a few blocks....even a CVS if you need it. The hot tub was a nice amenity after walking all day. There's always water available in the lobby and poolside. The host was very communicative. The accommodations were suitable for my stay and provided a balcony to enjoy on beautifully sunny days. The bed was comfortable. There was nothing we were missing.

We stayed at the Arya in Coconut Grove, Florida and had a great experience. The views are beautiful, and the location is easy to access. The host was very responsive and helpful.
The front desk was extremely accommodating and held our luggage for us all day after check out. Free parking is included, which is incredible for Coconut Grove.
The room was comfortable and clean, and everything in the Grove is within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly return.
