Beautiful apartment. Very roomy and comfortable.

The property was in perfect conditions and as described in pictures. Very nice location as well, with plenty of gastronomic options. Staff at the front desk was responsive

Positive: It’s a nice apartment. The view is wonderful and the location is very convenient if you want to enjoy Coconut Grove. Negative: We had problems getting into the apartment when we arrived, at night. The combination lock didn’t work. Since it is a privately owned unit, the hotel people had limited authority and resources to solve the issue. The owner’s admin office’s person was on the phone, but they couldn’t solve the problem at that time. After an hour of trying, unsuccessfully, to access the apartment, we had to spend the first night in a different smaller unit, and wait until the following afternoon to get access to the original apartment. The lock kept failing and I finally changed the batteries, which solved the problem. We found batteries’ problems in other devices as well. The administration office agents were attentive and preoccupied on the phone and through messaging, but the feeling was that I was in the hands of people in a remote location, with limited local resources. The general condition of the apartment was OK, but it seems that they don’t really check the details. And the reaction time when physical issues arrive it’s not good. In addition, I had to ask for an adjustment of my payment for having to spend a night in an inferior unit, instead of them taking the initiative.

Stayed at the Aria 5 times. This unit needs a deep cleaning to make it a better option. Generally, dusty, worn appearance overall. Great location, but does not represent the best of Coconut Grove. Management was responsive after we waited 1 1/2 hours to get in the unit due to a dead battery in the lock. Called to have service to clean the unit, but all we got was some towels and a few individual soap bottles. Soap dispensersbin the unit were empty. Everyone was nice, but the service was lacking.

I had a beautiful stay here. In the heart of coconut grove and the apartment was perfect. Wonderful views with privacy. Definitely recommend!

The views from the apartment are amazing. Communication was responsive and helpful. Try the restaurant Ava right next to the hotel. It was amazing.

Asked for crib in advance, was not there on arrival, had to sort it out ourselves. Floors were black, had not been mopped. Code to door did not work. Outside door kept getting closed, had to go to front desk to open. Dryer was broken, microwave not functioning. Overall area was great but the airbnb had not had general maintenance in some time. Sorry would not stay again.
