The unit was at the excellent location.The rooms was big and new,kitchen is beautiful ,living room is great and sunny .Everything was very good ,except cleaning.The hair was everywhere the kitchen table and dining table was dirty.The worst one is the floor (is very dirty)Only one minus in this unit was cleaning .Everything else was great .The pool was nice and clean .Im happy to stay here.
When we arrived, there were 5 strangers already living inside
When we arrived, there were 5 strangers already living inside. The apartment smelled like smoke and they were passed out on the couch and bedrooms. We immediately didn't feel safe staying there and called the host to both call security and the police. If we had checked in earlier and left our belongings, there was a real risk our stuff could have been stolen.
The host was responsive and issued a refund quickly, which we appreciated. However, a property like this needs on-site staff or security. No guest should arrive to find unauthorized people occupying the space.

Thank you for a perfect stay! You saved the day we had booked another Airbnb that was not ok. Quick check in so responsive. Best night of sleep in a long time! The location is superb. Went to a killer Peruvian restaurant walkable.

I felt right at home! The hosts were very responsive and I would definitely come back! I do feel that for a 3 bedroom, perhaps a larger couch that’s slightly more comfortable. My overall experience was great! I will be back. Thank you.

We had an excellent stay. The place was clean and just as described. The area is walkable and the Trader Joe’s downstairs was a huge plus. I recommend this place 100%.

Great place- highly recommended alternative to hotels. The place is very nice, comfortable, and full of amenities. The host was super communicative and check-in/out was easy. The place is central to a lot of great stuff; walkable or short Uber to everywhere we needed to go in South Beach. It's also right next door to a Trader Joe's, which is super convenient. Highly recommend. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay here for six nights in Miami. The location is excellent—easy walking distance to South Beach and being right above a Trader Joe’s was a huge plus. There’s also plenty of good food nearby.
The apartment itself is a really nice space, especially for a group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which made things easy, and two of the rooms have balconies. It was also super convenient being on the same floor as the gym and pool.
The building is clean and well maintained, and the host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, including graciously allowing a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again!
