This place was great
This place was great, but they were very unaccommodating of my request for an early check-in, even when requested more than a month in advance. The lockers provided for luggage storage also did not work. Really nice place, but don't expect flexibility if arriving earlier than 4pm.

O AP estava muito limpo, organizado, confortável e com uma vista maravilhosa. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo, o que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Sem dúvida voltaria e recomendo a 100%!

I have stayed at a Sonder managed location before in NYC
I have stayed at a Sonder managed location before in NYC. Both times my experience has been great. The place was clean, quiet, great location and the team very responsive. If you have kids and don’t want the hustle and bustle of Collins Ave or Ocean Drive then it’s perfect. Lincoln Ave is just couple minutes walk. Lots of shops and restaurants. We have two small kids and they loved it. Highly recommended.
The overall stay was very nice
The overall stay was very nice, only hiccup was that the AirBnB was not cleaned before arrival from the previous guests and we had to wait several hours from designated check in time, they offered an additional hour for later checkout but given the expectation and time lapse we were expecting more of an accommodation for the inconvenience. I was told management would contact me directly regarding some sort of assessment for reimbursement but never heard from anyone which was disappointing given how communicative the team is in the app. Aside from that, the stay, the apartment, the location and the facilities were wonderful. Access in and out of the property was seamless and the space inside the actual unit was perfect. Would definitely book this location again without question.

All I can say is WOW!! What an amazing apartment! It’s very spacious, modern, and full of natural light. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We were traveling with two toddlers, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is great, with Trader Joe’s in the same building, which is super convenient. The management company was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend it and would love to come back!

There is a Trader Joe’s in the same building- awesome convenience- Walgreens a block away. Lincoln outdoor mall is 3 minute walk- it runs perpendicular to south beach, a 15 minute walk thru shops and restaurants leading to the north start of ocean drive the iconic south beach strip. It’s 15 minutes from Miami airport. Great restaurants less than 2 minute walk, one just across the street. Felt safe. Lots of foot traffic. Lots of bike traffic. It’s pretty quiet being in the city with the exception of typical early am city services usually trash pickup etc. this particular unit is right next to the workout room and pool deck. The pool deck is cozy and nicely kept. The balcony overlooks downtown w good skyline views. The beds were comfortable. The living room couches could be swapped out- they’re to their end of life- that’s the only reason for 4 stars. But hey- not a lot of time spent on the couch if you’re wanting to get the full bang of Miami anyway! Priced right.
