This was the best stay ever
This was the best stay ever! The home was spacious and clean. The host responded in a quickly manner & made sure I enjoyed my stay from the minute I got there. The view is immaculate. I recommend this place anytime you’re in Miami!

Walk everywhere and amazing restaurants close by. The host was very responsive and great about checking in with us. The only issue we had was it was really loud at night when trying to sleep. The windows aren’t the best for noise cancelling. Overall, it was great for our vacation away.

Nice place that looked like the photos. Not to far from restaurants, walk to the beach is a little far but not terrible. One of the elevators was broken and there was some construction and traffic noise justice that might wake you up. All in all a decent place

I would have loved to have left five stars but I just can’t. Though we did book same day when we checked in, the house had not been cleaned from the previous stay. They provided poor instructions and were very difficult to get a hold of. I had to wait on the line just for them to give me the parking pass that I paid extra for and had to pay for separate parking next door just to wait for them. They also couldn’t clean the house the same day we had to wait for the following day for someone to clean. We had to clean the bed sheets ourselves so we could sleep. To top it off, I didn’t ask or push it, but they only offered to give us parking for free.

We rented for two nights and the night we arrive it was the Super Bowl
We rented for two nights and the night we arrive it was the Super Bowl. The tv is not working. I had to keep texting and calling to get someone to come to the room. Finally someone came but the customer service was rude about me wanting someone sent to the apartment. Finally a guy arrives and does not speak a word of English. He then realizes what I was saying why the tv was not working. He goes to get a Roku devise and returns and then shows me it works. But I still could not get television channels. I call back and they tell me they supply the Roku but access to the apps they do not suplly any services. Again the customer service was very rude. As a not American I had to buy a service to watch the Super Bowl and i only had access half way through the 2nd quarter. I asked for a discount and complaint their description of their tv service should be clear. A few times by messaging they said they would get back to me and I have screen shots. They never reached out since checking out.
