This is a great place to stay, easy to do some work, tons of grocery stores and super close to gyms and Lincoln Road. Will book again!

Whilst the apartment looks beautiful, our stay was affected by cleanliness issues. The floors throughout the apartment, particularly in the bathroom, were not clean, and after walking around our feet became visibly dirty, the property had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Most concerning was discovering on the morning of check out that the comforter on the bed was heavily stained with what appeared to be blood ! Whilst the apartment was nice unfortunatley our lasting memory will be the cleanliness and serious hygiene issues.

We had a bit of difficulty checking in due to a miscommunication between the management and cleaning teams, but the staff handled it quickly once notified. Overall, this is a great location to stay—lots to do and plenty of dining options nearby. The place itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The only downside was that our room faced a busy street at a traffic intersection, which could be loud at night for light sleepers. One suggestion for improvement: The parking instructions could be clearer—specifying that parking is located in the Trader Joe's garage and noting which levels are available for guests would be helpful.
