Beach access is just steps from the building. Please note the 2nd floor pool and sauna are temporarily closed as this is a brand-new building. Check-in details and access instructions are provided after your rental agreement and check-in form are completed.

Transit

This is a walkable beachfront location - the sand, and nearby dining, are an easy stroll away. A car is helpful for exploring the wider area and reaching Fort Lauderdale and points south along the coast; paid parking and an EV charger are available on site. Both Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood and Palm Beach International airports are within a reasonable drive, making arrivals and departures straightforward.

Rules

Additional: Check-In & Verification Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out time varies by listing. Please refer to your reservation details. Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation prior to receiving check-in instructions. Guests must complete the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. All guests must be registered with building management prior to arrival. Guests 18 years or older may be required to present their ID again at the Front Desk during check-in. $350 Pre-Authorization Hold (Direct bookings only) This is a hold, not a charge. A valid payment method is required before check-in. The hold is released 5 days after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations. Occupancy & Guest Registration Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The names of all guests staying in the unit must be provided before arrival. Only registered guests are permitted to use the building amenities. Parking Valet parking is available 24 hours a day. Parking is managed by the building and fees are charged separately. Parking rates are subject to change without notice. Building Access All guests must check in at the Front Desk upon arrival. A building FOB will be issued during check-in. The FOB must be returned to the Front Desk at checkout. Lost or unreturned FOBs will incur a $50 replacement fee. Conduct & Noise No parties, events, or gatherings. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in fines, removal from the property, or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Smoking Policy No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, balconies, common areas, or within 25 feet of the building. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, hookah, cannabis, or any similar products. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation without refund. Amenities Amenities are available exclusively for registered guests. Please follow all posted building rules while using the pool, gym, lounges, BBQ area, and other common spaces. BBQ grills require advance reservations through building management. Pets Pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing an unauthorized pet into the unit may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, fines imposed by the building, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late departures may result in overstay fees. Cleaning & Care An initial supply of toiletries, paper products, linens, and towels is provided. Additional supplies are available upon request for an additional fee. Please treat the property with care and report any issues promptly. Deliveries Food and grocery deliveries must be met by the guest in the lobby. Delivery drivers are not permitted to access residential floors. Please contact us before having packages delivered during your stay. USPS mail cannot be accepted. Climate South Florida's tropical climate may occasionally allow insects or geckos inside despite regular pest control. Refunds are not provided for these naturally occurring situations. Prohibited Activities No illegal activity. No subletting. No crypto mining or other activities that place excessive demand on the property's utilities or internet.
