Guests must also present a valid ID at the building upon arrival. • Rental Agreement – Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. • Security Hold – A $350 pre-authorization hold may be placed at check-in to cover potential damages or rule violations. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after check-out if no issues are reported. (Not required for Airbnb reservations.) • Occupancy – Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Full legal names of all guests must be provided. • Parking – Parking is managed by the building and may include valet service. Availability and any applicable fees are determined by the building. • Building Fees – This property is located within a residential/hotel building. Certain services or amenities (such as valet parking or building services) may have additional fees set by the building. These fees may be collected by the building or the host if applicable. • No Parties or Events – Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violation: $500 fine and possible cancellation of the reservation without refund. • Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Excessive noise or complaints may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. • Smoking – No smoking inside the property (including vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis). Pet fees vary by property and must be paid before check-in. • Security Devices – Exterior security cameras are installed for safety. Tampering, unplugging, or obstructing cameras or WiFi devices: $1,000 fine and possible cancellation without refund. • Early Check-in / Late Check-out – Must be requested in advance and may not be available.
