The apartment is also very close to some of the finest shopping in the world. People come from all over the world to shop in South Florida, especially Sawgrass Mill Mall which is the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, offering 350 retail and outlet stores.
-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. - There are 3 cameras installed outside of the listing. 1 camera faces parking area, 1 camera faces the sidewalk, and 1 camera to view the courtyard. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are only exterior. They are on 24/7 during the reservation and capture/record audio and video.
-sofa sleeper is currently not able to be opened into a bed but it works great as a sofa!
